Shipping Policy
We do not ship outside of the 48 continental states or to P.O. boxes.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $35 ship free! 

Express Shipping
Currently, we do not ship guarantee next-day deliveries. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
To receive a replacement or credit, contact our customer service department to report the damages/shortages immediately upon receipt.

Refunds
The product must be in its original packaging and resalable (no price stickers, wear, marks, etc.) Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after the delivery date. Credit is issued after receipt of goods at our warehouse.

Local Pickup Policy

Pickup Window: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 2:30pm

Orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, uncollected orders may be canceled and refunded minus a restocking fee.

Returns & Refunds for Pickup Orders: Items picked up in person follow the same return/refund policy as shipped orders. Products must be returned in original packaging and resalable within 30 days. Credit is issued after receipt of goods at our warehouse.
